Apart from being a exclusive gay event company,Salvation Star is a key member and organizer on the Queer Aazadi Mumbai (QAM) commitee.Initiated in 2008,QAM is India's equivalent to the global 'Pride Day' and celebrated on the 16th of August, a day after the country's independence day, as a day of protest against the country's archaic and outdated laws that criminalize homosexuality, and also as a day of celebration for the country's marginalised sexual minority groups.

The company's website is used free of cost by many individuals from within the community to advertise their professional services as also to place adverts for their own professional requirements and placements.We as a company are constantly encouraging young and not so young individuals to come and use our portal as a means of reaching out to other like minded individuals who may be usefull for their professional needs which may include actors,bartenders,web designers,makeup artists,salon professionals,stylists,film makers,entertainers etc,and thereby help in creating a healthy,safe and progressive LGBT lifestyle.
